Earlier this year I had the pleasure of teaming up with a whole host of amazing north west suppliers including Nicole from Pearl Bridal Boutique and awesome photographer Mark Tattersall on a bridal inspiration shoot, organised by the lovely Laura from Perfect Choice Planning. The location for the shoot was Eaves Hall, a stunning Lancashire wedding venue. The Hall is a beautiful Georgian fronted, country house hotel, set within stunning grounds. There were so many different areas we could use for photographs, we were spoilt for choice!
The theme for the shoot was Springtime Romance with a colour scheme of soft ivory and pale pinks, mixed with elegant lace, diamante and crystal details. Laura had kindly asked if I would like to be involved with this project and create several floral designs, including bouquets, floral accessories and table decorations, along with supplying some of our venue decorations and props.
This first bouquet shown below is one of my favourite vintage style silk bouquets. A romantic ivory rose and blush pink peony bouquet adorned with diamante and pearl details. Cascading from the bouquet are trailing ribbons, lace and pearl strings.
Moving outside into the beautiful grounds of Eaves Hall we went for a soft ethereal and bohemian look. I created a delicate floral circlet of gypsophila and ivy vines, decorated with tiny pearl strings and lace ribbon. This was worn with an elegant cymbidium orchid wrist corsage in pale pink and ivory.
If you are looking at romantic wedding flowers for your own special day or possibly having a heart or woodland theme, then our large willow heart decoration is a beautiful prop and perfect for extra decoration at your reception. It can be supplied with fresh or silk flowers in colours to co-ordinate with your wedding.
We have a selection of other heart decorations available to hire, including these pretty white hanging hearts.
The beautiful umbrellas were supplied by Love Umbrellas, I adore the Edwardian style with floral detail. So pretty and great for photos!
This next bouquet is a beautiful mix of ivory roses, blush pink cymbidium orchids and ivory gypsophila. These gorgeous, romantic wedding flowers are designed in a heart shape, with one our decorative silver wire collars adorned with crystals and pearls.
For a pretty springtime bouquet this hand tied design of pale pink tulips and ivory gypsophila works beautifully.
To decorate the dessert table I created a candelabra centrepiece with a floral arrangement of roses and gypsophila, along with our medium and large cream birdcages, each containing an arrangement of ivory and pale pink flowers.
