The lovely Helena & George got married at St. Mark’s Church in Worsley and had their wedding reception at The Mere Resort & Spa, a fabulous Cheshire wedding venue. Their colour scheme for the wedding was white, cream and pale blue with hints of silver. They had a lovely mix of roses, hydrangea, bouvardia and blooms mixed with snowberries and eucalyptus foliage.

I have some beautiful photos to share with you from their wedding day from the very talented  Zen Photographic.

Helena’s bouquet was a hand tied posy style with lots of texture. We used a beautiful mix of roses, hydrangea, bouvardia, orchids and lisianthus with snowberries and eucalyptus.

The bridesmaids wore elegant, full length gowns in soft, pale blue. To co-ordinate with Helena’s bouquet they had a similar mix of flowers with only a hint of the blue hydrangea.

For their flower girl I made a matching smaller bouquet with silk flowers.

Delicate corsages of roses and orchids were presented to their mothers to be worn on their jackets.

The groomsmen each wore a single rose buttonhole with snowberries and eucalyptus foliage. To make the Groom’s buttonhole slightly different George had a hint of blue hydrangea added to the ivory rose and snowberry design.

At St. Mark’s Church in Worsley we dressed the ends of the pews for their wedding ceremony with ivory lace bows. Each bow featured a small cluster of flowers with a single ivory rose, lisianthus, snowberries and eucalyptus.

The mix of ivory and blue wedding flowers looked gorgeous at The Mere Resort & Spa for their wedding reception. The tall silver candelabra dressed with draping pearls were placed on each guest table creating a very elegant and romantic atmosphere in the reception suite. Each candelabra had a stunning arrangement of roses, blooms, lisianthus, snowberries and hydrangea mixed with eucalyptus foliage.

Their top table was decorated with a large central arrangement and a selection of small arrangements, pillar candles on mercury glass stands and small vases with clusters of flowers.
