Happy Valentine’s Day!
Since today is all about love and romance I have a little bit of heart themed wedding loveliness to share with you.
This elegant bouquet of ivory Akito roses, cymbidium orchids and gypsophila is perfect for a soft romantic look. Set underneath the gypsophila is a decorative silver framework adorned with pearls and crystals.
These beautiful photographs by Mark Tattersall are from a photo shoot I was involved with last spring organised by Laura from Perfect Choice Planning. It was a great shoot with lots of inspiration and ideas to create a beautiful romantic wedding. The gorgeous gowns were provided by Pearl Bridal Boutique, with hair and Make up by Flossy & Leigh. We also had a lovely selection of pretty umbrellas from Love Umbrellas, including the pink heart design shown above and heart themed wedding cakes and cookies from Cakes by Beth. To see more from the shoot please click on the link below.
To create a rustic romantic style, willow hearts are a lovely extra detail to dot around your venue, we have smaller hearts which are suitable to hang in trees, from beams in your reception room or as window decorations. This large willow heart is a great statement design that can be dressed with fresh or silk flowers to suit your colour scheme or simply dressed with lengths of trailing ivy for a more natural look. In the photo below it has been hung above the entrance at Sandhole Oak Barn.
The heart shaped bouquet shown above is a slightly more country garden style of romantic wedding flowers. The central area contains beautiful pale pink hydrangea and blush pink Sweet Avalanche roses with a natural, delicate collar of trailing ivy and gypsophila.
These pretty decorative hearts created a lovely focal design above the top table at a gorgeous wedding at The White Hart, Oldham. We have a great selection of decorative hearts available to hire in a variety of colours and sizes.
Happy Valentines Day xx
